An uncelebrated hero of supple skin is kiwi. This tangy-sweet treat packs more vitamin C per ounce than practically any other fruit. Vitamin C helps maintain the collagen in our skin, keeping it firm. But this nutrient can quickly evaporate through exposure to air, water, or heat. Kiwi is an ideal carrier since it locks in the juicy benefits firmly beneath its furry skin.

Tomatoes can help keep skin looking youthful. It is effective as an anti-aging product. Tomatoes are full of antioxidants that combat signs of aging.

I eat food rich in vitamins and minerals such as vegetables to maintain the health of my skin. I don't rely too much on lotions and moisturizers.

If you smoke, the best way to protect your skin is to quit. Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles.

Default I think there is one answer..Water

I think the best way to improve your skin is to drink plenty of water and use plenty of water on your skin. Splash at least thrice a day and it can be very helpful. I personally believe excessive use of creams and all is damaging to skin.
