I learned this health tip from a doctor...

Drink water at the right time!

1. when you wake up... it can help your blood circulation
2. before you take a bath... it can help lower your body temperature
3. before a meal... it can help prepare your digestive system
4. before you sleep... it can help replenish water in our body
