Default is Levothyroxin 75mcc is the same as Synthroid 75mcg?

I starting taking this cause it is cheaper but ever since i have had tiredness and depression should i go back to Sythroid?

Levothyroxine sodium is the generic form of Synthroid. The dosages you've mentioned are the same. Report this to your prescriber who may want you to take the brand name with no substitutions.

Did you consult your doctor before switching first? Levothyroxine may give you the following side effects: Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; flushing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue; unusual hoarseness); changes in appetite; changes in menstrual periods; chest pain; diarrhea; excessive sweating; fast or irregular heartbeat; fever; heat intolerance; joint pain; leg cramps; mental or mood changes (eg, anxiety, irritability, nervousness); muscle weakness; seizures; severe or persistent headache or fatigue; shortness of breath; stomach cramps; tremors; trouble sleeping; unusual weight gain or weight loss; vomiting; wheezing.
