Default Could my toddler have the flu without symptoms?

He had a hight temperature started last night and was listless. I gave him tylenol suppositary and he was fine and playing. Last night when I woke up he had a fever again and gave him Voltaren as recommended by pharmacist. He is fine now, but what could it be. No runny nose, coughing etc. and he is eating and also no crying.

Well, a fever could be a sign of any infection, it does not have to be the flu. Go to the doctor.

I think you have to consult your doctor about it. Your toddler might have an infection or other health problems.

Well, I definitely would agree to what the others say. It could be a sign of something else is wrong with your kids health. Going to the doctor is definitely one of the best thing to do. I would also suggest that you guys get yearly flu shots take up vitamins to make our health better.

Yes, if ever that your kid has a high temperature when you check it on your thermometer then it might be a flu. It is advisable that you go to the pediatrician right away to have your son first aid.

The body of a toddler is highly prone to infections, histamine reactions (allergies) and body growth. The immune system of a baby is highly active and their body temperature rises quickly in respond to external or internal change.

The parents instead of just panicking need to monitor their child's temperature and they don't even need to rush a doctor every time. The fever is just a sign of healthy immune system of your toddler.
