Default Awful Headaches

Whenever I lift weights the past week I have been getting awful headaches in the back of my head whenever I exert myself. Before I stopped three days ago, I was taking 3000mg of hawthorne berry a day which I think is what caused it. Is there anything I can do to get these to go away relatively quick? once again I have stopped taking it and been just waiting it out but they are not going away, thanks for the help

Stress plays a major role for causing migraine. Tips to Prevent Headaches: A good night’s sleep is very important to keep away headaches. Do not read when you are lying down. Eat plenty of carrots; they are good for your eyes. Try to blink deliberately while working on the computer. Breathing exercises help you breathe better and release the toxins in your brain.

Well, if it still goes on, try some food that helps detoxify the body. maybe it can push the meds out:
Fruits
green foods
lemons, Oranges & Limes
garlic
broccoli sprouts
green tea
mung beans
raw vegetables
seed and nuts
omega 3 oils

Apricots, avocados, beans, bananas, garlic, raisins, nuts, winter squash, yams and yogurts are some of the foods that can also help to get rid or prevent migraines and headaches.
