Whenever I lift weights the past week I have been getting awful headaches in the back of my head whenever I exert myself. Before I stopped three days ago, I was taking 3000mg of hawthorne berry a day which I think is what caused it. Is there anything I can do to get these to go away relatively quick? once again I have stopped taking it and been just waiting it out but they are not going away, thanks for the help
