My period ended July 19th and I have had unprotected with my husband since then. I did have sex around ovulation. I am wondering if I am going crazy, but I have had these lower back cramps on the left side, (kind of like menstrual cramps, but not near as severe) and my acid reflux has been really bad for about 5 days even though I have stayed away from everything that makes it flare up and I have taken my Aciphex but no help so far! I have also been pretty tired the last couple of days with a few headaches. If I did conceive during ovulation it would have been around the 27th-the 31tst, is it possible for me to feel symptoms this early? I should not have my period for another 6 days.

Yes you can have symptoms this early, I did with all 3 of mine. I always knew I when I was prego, way b4 a test could even tell me. But that dont mean you are cause it can be in you'r head too, if you are too worried about it. Wait for the right time to take a hpt, to know for sure. good luck, and congrats if you are.

Very possible to have symptoms. You should be able to get an accurate test the first day of your missed period.

I still would suggest that you take the right pregnancy test (they are cheap anyways) or you should take a trip to your doctor. Pregnancy is one of the difficult things to predict. some people don't get it when they want it and some get it even when they are not prepared for it yet.
