I'm 18 and was recently diagnosed with Male pattern Baldness, I'm currently taking Propecia once a day to try to stop it. Is there anything else I can do? I have already considered surgery if it gets any worse.

Do not wear hats! they increase hair loss. don't bleach your hair, dont wash your hair tooooo often, try not to stress and eat foods that are good for hair. i take vitamin E suppliments to make my hair thicker and shinier. I used to shed like a dog. its impoved now.

I don't know of any other method other than Rogaine or surgery. I hope you won't need the surgery, it appears to be expensive. But they will transplant hair that will regrow. It might be well worth it.
