Default Help!

I'm an Australian traveling alone in China and i've fallen really ill.
I'm experiencing severe stomach cramps, nausea, cold sweat, black diarrhea almost immediately after consuming water. Also have lost alot of weight, my left ear feels blocked and am quite pale.
I've been experiencing these symptoms for the last three days, and am starting to get really worried.
I've thought alot about what may have caused this other than food related. Some of what i suggest may seem silly.
The night i fell ill i had been out to a bar and had no more to drink than usual. I was alone and being hassled by working girls who where eventually removed. My drink was left unattended a couple of times. Also, i have been smoking local cigarettes, as i had run out of what i had with me. Before i went to this bar i had eaten a pizza at a cafe which had jalapenos on it. The air conditioner unit has been dripping condensation in my room above my bed. I've been eating very little since i arrived as i find it difficult to order food, and hence smoking more. It is extremely humid here atm. And i spend upto 5 hours a day walking. I am taking no medication. I have no real medical issues or history of medical problems.

Can anyone help me?

A few questions:

1. What kind of water have you drunk the past days? is it tap or bottled?
2. have you been bitten by any insects (Dengue can be brought by mosquitoes and those are also the symptoms)
3. Have you tried consulting a doctor? - the thing with online help is that we can only assume what is happening and not know completely. It would be best to visit the doctor specially if this has been on for days.
