Don't always lead to viagra whenever you feel that someone has erectile dysfunctions. It is not always the solution. Sometimes distractions can make it go away (it happens) but it doesn't mean that you should take viagra. it could be a signal that you need to consult a professional though. This is one of the best thing to do with this kinds of problems, let the professional diagnose him and let him get the best solution. Who knows it could be just lack of exercise or healthy food etc.

I also agree with that. The Erectile Dysfunction is caused due to either physical or psychological reasons. The Viagra can be helpful to a certain extent for the people suffering from the physical ED. The Viagra is of no help for patients with psychological ED and other therapies are required for such ED patients.

^ yes indeed. it can definitely be psychological. as the OP has mentioned, the excitement is gone after laughing, maybe it is caused by distraction for the part of the guy. consulting a professional is indeed the best thing to do here.

I think you should prolong the foreplay before hitting the home run so that he stays longer and focus.
