Diabetes (diabetes mellitus) is classed as a metabolism disorder.
Avoiding it is still one of the best things to do as it can really be troublesome:
Exercise
maintain healthy weight
eliminate or reduce refined carbohydrate intake
increase on plant foods or fruits
go for healthy fats
quit smoking
monitor your blood pressure and cholesterol
get a timely check up or APE

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease in which a suffering person has high blood sugar due to lack of insulin hormone. The reason for that either the body being incapable of producing enough insulin or because the production of insulin is hindered.

Diabetes is really a situation in which the level of sugar in your blood is simply too high since the body can't use it correctly. The reason being your pancreatic doesn't create any blood insulin, or otherwise sufficient, to assist sugar get into your cells.
