Oatmeal, oat bran and high-fiber foods

Yeah I have heard of that medicine. Well, to those who are using it, if you feel the following side effects you should contact your doctor.
Headache
Muscle pain
Abdominal pain
Weakness
Nausea
This medicine is not right for everyone so be sure to visit your doctor first as he might need to do some blood tests or other tests to see if you can take the medicine.

High Cholesterol is totally a result of deteriorated lifestyle. Leafy vegetables and fibrous foods should be made an essential part of the diet. Avoiding excess oil and cream in your foods is also necessary. The foods that promote good HDL and reduces the LDL such as oatmeal, nuts and probiotics, and using avocado oil and olive oil is beneficial.

Other than making a change to your diet, you should also do workouts regularly to maintain a good lipid health. At least provide a minimum of 15 min daily for your workout.

high cholesterol can cause of several diseases and also increase the weight that is more risky for your health. There are some natural ways to take for lower cholesterol:

- Do regular exercise
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water
- Avoid oily and high calories food
- Eat fruits and green vegetables.
- Use olive oil in your diet
- Foods with added plant sterols or stanols
- Mix apple cider vinegar with tea and add a little honey for taste to lower cholesterol
