I am taking my zantac but dang I woke up with heartburn and its klling me. I am 21. Can I still take rolaids right now to help me at least get rid of the heartburn enough to sleep?

If in doubt...call the pharmacist and ask.

I would, as rolaids are basically not a drug, they don't actually enter your bloodstream they should not effect the Zantec
