Wow! Triplets??? Congratulations!!! Drink A LOT of water, pump often, try to find some rest because if you're tired, your body doesn't produce as much milk as when you're rested.

Your boobs will produce as much as the babies need. If they drink alot, you will produce alot. Good luck.

Default Milk Supply

I've tried just about everything to increase milk supply. I would recommend Breastea from Breastea.com. It has several different herbs recommended to increase breast milk supply.

Avoid timing your feedings. Instead, wait until the baby comes off the breast himself, then switch to the other side. This will ensure that the baby is getting the proper balance of foremilk and hindmilk.

Drink lots of water and eat soupy dish. You will gradually feel that after you've eaten it your milk production will increase.
