Default My son was over dosed by a pharmacist on REGLAN and was treated in the hospital for a overdose .?

HE was put in the hospital overnight and had a lot of trouble everyseince with sleeping and eating and paying attention to me.Oh he was only 4 months old at the time to and it was 10 times the amount needed 4 times .I want to sue the pharmacy and the pharmacist but i dont know if i have a case any one know anything about this kinda stuff and if i would even have a case?

If you have proof like the prescription of reglan etc you surely have a case.

you are not providing enough details for someone to give a qualified opinion. You say it was the pharmacist, but are you sure?



At any rate, the previous answer recommended contacting an attorney. I agree.
