hello,
Stress is a toxic condition that negatively impacts an individual's mental and physical health. Doctors and other medical professionals have attributed many serious illnesses, such as heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure and obesity to stress. Hence, it is imperative that every individual define a strategy for reducing their daily level of stress.
1.Schedule Your Tasks
2.Concentrate on One Thing at a Time
3.Delegate Responsibility
4.Take Small Breaks
5.Exercise Regularly
6.Consume a Healthy Diet
7.Define a Quiet Time

Well, here is one joke that I heard from my friend who was talking to his boss or client:

the client or the boss: so, do you have a partner (let's just not specify if it is a boyfriend, husband, wife or girlfriend)
my friend: nope
the client or the boss: now that is so wise. they can be really stressful.

lol.
