Blood Pressure is major diseases because of changes in level of it causes many effects to health. We all have to control on eating and control blood pressure. Do not eat more salty food it is major reason of blood reason.

It is something we all should be monitoring once in a while as It is still not that easy to predict on who is going to catch high blood pressure. An athlete who eats too much and gets stress a lot may get high blood pressure, an obese who doesn't work out that much may not get it too. The best thing to do with this kind of serious disease that could get any one is to eat healthy daily and frequent exercise. A good APE should be good too. getting annual tests to see how you are can definitely help you be acknowledged with your health
