Here are things you can do whilst you haven't seen a dentist.
Gargle twice a day to reduce swelling
Rub your gums with clove oil
Use anti bacterial mouth wash
Always brush your teeth

Maybe you can Google the nearest dental clinic at your place by narrowing your search queries into location.
