Can't remember if i took my Singulair 10mg tablet!!!!?
So annoying! went down stairs to get my inhaler which i normally take around the same time and i cant remember if i took it or not! What do i do!!

Skip it, or take another, either way I doubt it will harm you to do it once. You could maybe get one of those pill pots with the day of the week on it if this keeps happening.

Unless your asthma is so bad, I would avoid taking a possible second dose. Maybe call your doctor's office for advice.
