Default Can you donate plasma if you've taken motrin or tylenol in the past 24 hours?

I've donated plasma before. I was planning on going today, but took one motrin and one tylenol yesterday afternoon for a mild headache. Will this affect any of my results when donating plasma? Any risks? I'm fine now.

Usually they ask you and I would say no for now. Best to call the donation place and find out from them when it would be safe to donate again.

Kudos to you for doing so too!!

Yeah I used to donate plasma all the time. Simple pain killers don't really matter. They just check your red blood count and as long as that is above a certain level you can donate.

This won't effect anything when donating plasma. It's fine.
