Default how do i get rid of these wart-like spots???

ive had these 2 or 3 spots below my nose since april that are like pimples, they just won't go away. zovirax works on it , but it comes back again & again

i'm not those usual squeamish people who want perfect skin but people make fun out of my spots

I agree with the suggestion that it sounds symptomatic of a viral problem.

See your GP for a proper diagnosis, as it's possible you won't need to go through the discomfort of liquid nitrogen or having them burnt off (the less favourable option, as it leaves more scarring than liquid nitrogen).

If you have used zovirax and it works, you may want to see your doctor. He/she my be able to give you something to clear these areas up. If zovirax clears it, it sounds like a viral type rash. If it is not completely cleared, it will come back. Before you go to the doctor, you may want to try using the cream for one week past the complete clearing of the spots.

You can either go to the dermatologist and have them either freeze or burn it off OR go to a pharmacy (CVS, Rite-aid, or somewhere else) and buy something over the counter that could help it.

Zovirax liquid, capsules, and tablets are used in the treatment of certain infections with herpes viruses. So according to me you don't need to use Zovirax. This drug may not be appropriate for everyone, and its use should be thoroughly discussed with your doctor

I don't think it would be safe to self-medicate if you don't know for sure what these wart-like spots are. PLease see your dermatologist first.
