Default Any good cold sore remedies?

Is it ok to wash my cold sore before I apply more Zovirax cream, or should I leave it alone?

Go here and read for help from a master herbalist for cold sores and itching

http://www.herballegacy.com/Canker_Sores... cold sores

http://www.herballegacy.com/CSR.html cold sores

http://www.herballegacy.com/Itch_Ointmen... itch

http://www.herballegacy.com/Itch.html itch

here is an excerpt of some things used for itch..be sure to use organic herbs..one can get bulk herbs sometimes for a few bucks to make the tea. use distilled water for any tea (as it is empty and absorbs more of the potent phytochemicals that cures and prevent disease)

some people in the past posted to use hydrogen peroxide on cold sores but I would think this might make it itch more but not sure

Never heard of Zovirax, I've always used Carmex, and I don't wash the cold sore before application.
