In summer 5 am and winter 6:30 is best time to wake up.
I think it is best for healthy life.

Well, that wouldn't be right for me as usually I work late nights. If I would sleep at 5 or 6 then it would mean I would only get to sleep for an hour or two. That wouldn't be healthy at all (well I know perse that graveyard shift is not the healthiest shift at all) but we have to work with what's available or what's needed. I guess there is no specific time for the best time to wake up for me. Mostly it would be when I get 7 to 9 hours of sleep.

Regardless of the time of the day, as long as you get to wake up it's all good. waking up late is better than not waking up at all. lol - a joke a friend of mine told me earlier.

some people who don't wake up early mostly are those who sleep late at night. If you regulate your sleeping time, you would probably be able to stay with the time that you would like to wake up. set a time that will make you sleep for 8 to 9 hours. so if you want to be up by 6:30, sleep at about 10 to 11 pm
