Default Prozac

What are the side effects of taking a little bit more than enough Prozac?

They said that too much of something is bad enough. Too much Prozac can lead to overdose. Also, it can lead to ineffectiveness of the medicine in the long run because your system gets immune to it; hence, you are craving for more.

Less serious Prozac side effects may include cold symptoms such as stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, drowsiness, dizziness, feeling nervous, mild nausea, upset stomach, dry mouth, constipation, increased appetite, weight changes, sleep problems (insomnia), decreased sex drive, impotence, difficulty having an orgasm, and dry mouth.

Default Are you still depressed?

You can also get a life-threatening condition called Serotonin Syndrome, or get mania, or suicidal. But I am not sure what you mean by "a little too much." Maybe you mean a little more than prescribed? I knew someone to do that because of depression. In that case, you might want to tell the doctor about lingering symptoms so something else can be tried, or add on therapy, or anything else depending on the CAUSE of your depression.

Other common Prozac side effects (that occurred in at least 1 percent of people) include flushing (redness of the skin, especially the face), abnormal dreams, gas, vomiting, fever or chills, weight loss, vision changes, chest pain, high blood pressure, increased appetite and weight gain and taste changes.
