Default The Advantages of Frozen Vegetables

Fresh vegetables are some of the healthiest food you (and your kids) can eat, but many people don't realize that frozen vegetables are just as good for you and sometimes even better. Because of this, they are often written off from the shopping list, but this is a mistake even if you prefer fresh vegetables.

Well it can be long debate that either fresh vegetables or frozen vegetables. I also agree that frozen vegetables are good and the nutrients are conserved to an extent.

Actually nutrient content is much higher in fresh vegetables but as know we can't get farm-fresh vegetables and if the vegetables aren't preserved well, would possibly allow microbial growth which makes them inedible after a certain time.

I still prefer fresh vegetables because of it's nutritious content rather than frozen goodies.

Default It can be good

I freeze Kale and Swiss chard from my garden. After being frozen for months, it tastes just as good as it was when it was freshly harvested.
