Actually Hydroxyzine is an anti-histamine and a mild tranquilizer so can also be administered in mild pain and anxiety. It is not something widely prescribed for anxiety or other mental conditions.
The Codeine Phosphate also has some similar anti-histamine and analgesic properties.
