The allergic reactions can be classified into:

Allergic Rhinitis: reddening of nose and flow of mucous.
Allergic Sinusitis: effects Sinuses located above the nose and results in headache.
Allergic Hives: effects the skin and results in skin rashes and itching.
Allergic Conjunctivitis: effects the eyes.

Default Food allergies, mold, antibiotics

And then, to continue with what Zar Marie was saying, major food allergies/sensitivities can be further expanded into which foods are common triggers. They can affect breathing, skin (hives) intestines, and even brain function.

Some major food allergies/sensitivities are:

Gluten (wheat, rye, barley)
Dairy (casein)
Eggs
Soy
Corn
MSG
Celery
Saccharin
Aspartame
Tree Nuts
Peanuts

But, anyone can develop an allergy or "sensitivity" to any food.

Oh... add to the list of things people get allergic to... antibiotics and molds...

Here is something about the gut-brain connection: Gut, Brain, Bacteria, and Behavior

And here are some ways to avoid some of those major allergic attacks
Limit outdoor activity
Keep your doors and windows closed
Choose low pollen surroundings
Clean your house
Clean Yourself
Cover your body
Stay away from pets
Avoid perfume
