I take Xyzal for the itching and it seems to be working fine. Get tested and start allergy shots. It's the only way to "cure" it.

It could be any one of a number of chemicals in your environment.

Here are just a few to research:

Propylene Glycol: contact dermatitis, cardiopulmonary arrest

Centers for Disease Control: Department of Health and Human Services: Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry: Ethylene Glycol and Propylene Glycol Toxicity: What is Propylene Glycol?

International Programme on Chemical Safety (IPCS), Chemical Safety Information from Intergovernmental Organizations: Propylene glycol: 6.1 Absorption by route of exposure

International Programme on Chemical Safety (IPCS), Chemical Safety Information from Intergovernmental Organizations: Propylene glycol: 9.1.3 Clinical Efects: Skin exposure

Sodium Laureth Sulfate: dermatitis, acne, eczema, psoriasis and chemical sensitivity

Wikipedia: Sodium Laureth Sulfate

Cocamidopropyl Betaine: shown to induce allergy

Cocamidopropyl betaine allergy

Triethanolamine: contact dermatitis

Prevalence and sources of sensitization to emulsifiers: a clinical study

If anyone wants links to all these studies, drop me a note from my profile.

You should go to a doctor so they can test for what exactly you are allergic to. It could be anything, if it's all over your body it could be the detergent or dryer sheets you use.

I think you should focus on your diet.It will definitely help you to resolve your problem. Some tips are:
1.Substitute the foods for a healthier version. For example, you can use soy, rice or almond milk as a substitute for cow milk.
2.Eat only those foods that your doctor allows you to consume.
3.Always read the label for the content, like flour means wheat, vegetable oil means corn oil and so on.
4.Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day buffered by vitamin C, bath with Epsom salt, etc.
5.Avoid any food that you suspect is causing symptoms.
6.Ask your dietitian for a comprehensive list of foods to be avoided for your specific allergy.

You should go for a complete treatment with that.
You should ignore the things with which you are allergic.

if your sure that it's an allergy, then do you know what causes it..? i mean, we can't be of help unless we know what you are going through, right..?
