Here are some things you can do at home to treat scabies:
use tea tree oil or neem oil
use medication Dermisil, leaves of the Gliridia sepium, temple power, or the Tinospora rumphii boerl (but it is best to consult your doctor first)
Improve personal hygiene
wash infected clothes or linens
make sure your family member has not been infected, if yes, treat them
avoid scratching
clean your house

If it is normal itching then wipe it out with alcohol but if is too itchy then I suggest that you buy some medications that your doctor instructed you to buy after you consult for him.
