If any of the advice above didn't work and you still feel groggy, then yes you can do what Naomi has said (go to the doctor) or you should try to flush it out your system. Treat it as if you just had too much alcohol that night so what you do is you exercise to sweat and drink a lot of fluid to get it out of your system.

Actually Hydroxyzine has a mild tranquilizing effect other than its anti-allergic functioning. This is why it is advised to avoid driving and other such activities that require caution when you are taking Hydroxyzine. The sedating effects are supposed to disappear soon.
Next time you can ask your doctor to prescribe a non sedating anti-histamine like Cetirizine if the level of tranquility is high.
